Robert Brian Ponziano, Senior Associate, represented litigants in over twenty-five jury and non-jury trials in state and federal court. He has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in dozens of mediations, UM/UIM hearings and arbitrations in state and federal court. He has engaged in extensive motion practice including Summary Judgments and Demurrers in many diverse practice groups, especially insurance defense and insurance coverage matters.
Bob has also represented healthcare professionals in state and federal court and Medical/Dental Board investigations. He has prepared clients for Medical Board interviews and hearings and prepared experts for hearings and navigating clients through settlement options.
