Joe Lara, Partner, is an experienced litigator who represents clients in commercial litigation disputes. His litigation practice includes experience in trade secrets, employment law, real estate disputes and complex business disputes. He focuses on wage and hour and complex litigation defense involving high value cases. He is a skilled trial lawyer who litigates cases in both State and Federal Courts. A navy veteran, he brings the discipline and teamwork skills that he learned to his practice. Common litigation topics involve trade secrets misappropriation, trademark infringement, complex business contracts, shareholder disputes, SLAPP litigation, commercial lease disputes, wrongful termination and discrimination, and wage and hour law.
