Mark Senior is a Senior Associate at Stone | Dean with more than 35 experience in civil litigation. He has defended a broad range of cases including wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, premises liability, production liability and subrogation. Mr. Senior was a member of Farmers Insurance’s “Suits Against the Exchanges” unit, a select group of experienced bad faith attorneys responsible for overseeing and supervising defense counsel retained to defend the bad faith lawsuits brought against the various Farmers’ exchanges throughout the United States. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. He is originally from New York, but grew up in Colorado.
When not practicing law, he enjoys working out and spending time with his family.
