Jennifer M. Burman, Senior Associate, serves in the employment law practice group of Stone | Dean, L.L.P. Jennifer is an accomplished attorney with both law firm and in-house experience. She has a long record of success in complex employment, commercial real estate, and business litigation matters in federal and state courts, on behalf of both private and public entity clients. Her employment litigation experience includes matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, misclassification of employees, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair business competition. In the commercial real estate area, Jennifer has litigated numerous matters such as breach of commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements and breach of commercial lease contracts. Jennifer has also litigated a wide variety of complex business disputes. Such matters include complex breach of contract actions, corporate and other business entity disputes, as well as matters alleging fraud and other business torts.

Jennifer is committed to providing expert, responsive service to her clients from a wide range of industries. She listens to the needs and goals of her clients and develops and executes the most effective legal strategy to meet those goals. When not practicing law, Jennifer enjoys exploring the food and culture of Los Angeles, cheering for Notre Dame football, and rooting for a World Series win by the Dodgers.
