Gregg S. Garfinkel, Partner, is an experienced transportation attorney and nationally-recognized expert in the field of business litigation and transportation law. Gregg has represented the nation’s largest transportation & logistics companies, and is personally responsible for some of the most important legal precedent in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Garfinkel has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer from 2005 – 2017, and has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Gregg is frequent lecturer at loss prevention seminars, offering insight on current issues and legal developments in the transportation and logistics industry. He is also a gifted writer, and has published numerous articles in local, and national, legal publications.
