The 21^st Annual California Wholesaler Industry Days registration has now begun! Industry Days, presented by the California Insurance Wholesalers Association (CIWA), is the premier event for California Insurance-industry professionals featuring:

Kristi Dean is an approved Continuing Education course provider for the California Department of Insurance and a proud member of CIWA. At Industry Days, she and Robyn McKibbin will be presenting a special seminar entitled Employee from Hell: Survival Tactics which will give insurance professionals some real tools for handling difficult workplace situations. This entertaining two hour seminar targets a situation involving an unruly employee and provides attendees with information about hiring practices, privacy issues, force reductions, transfers, and performance reviews. Don’t miss a chance to learn more about how to handle employee complaints, situations involving violence in the workplace, and how to stay out of court when dealing with difficult employees! Kristi and Robyn’s seminar will be held from 1pm-3pm on January 11^th.
